The year 2009 did not start with any good auspicious event at all…. It all started with the startling revelation of a chairman of some Service company, that he cheated his trusting employees, his share holders and the general public with whopping 8000 crore rupees. This gentle man, who used to preach all his employees on the qualities of transparency, ethics and honesty had himself, not followed that which lead to his downfall. But the general perception was he alone would not have done this scam single handedly. He should have got some overt support from his management team and covert support from the land mafia, government departments and also sultry politicians. This was the opinion of the general public. Everyone also knew that Mr Former chairman is politically influential and also a filthy rich guy would come out once the general elections are over… People would be waiting for it to see if that really happens. People were also thinking that , if the general elections were not in the corner, central government would not have come forward to nominate a board and facilitate things it had done now.. We have seen how the successive governments have failed our nation irrespective of which party had come to power. We have seen how they have closed the government factories. But may be the reasons could be something else like the apathy of both the employees and management. But here is a private organization which was one of the most admired company, but some , sorry for using this word, bastards had made others feel cheated. People here were working hard to realize the dream of making it a 2 or 3 billion company. Management should have been transparent on things, it should have shared with employees, people would have worked on it and helped the company, they should have asked for the ideas from the simple employees who could have given good tips on what is wrong. Consider this example, a king would never know what the nation is feeling, he should talk to his poorest of poorest peasant to know what is troubling the nation. That’s how the greatest kings of our country had worked; the same country’s education system had told us this. Why did not this management learn? There can be lots of reasons of why this company had flailed like having useless midlevel managers without being bothered about the employees, having non-competent managers at client level, having the non-motivating, aggressive in all bad terms, not so serious on getting projects, tracking and taking things to logical ends, and many more…
But lets forget that for the time being and lets get back to the main issue. Yes this company had fallen from grace, lots of employees were shown door at onsite, many came back because of the market condition, and some lucky people change their organizations at the onsite. Those who came back, some went to bench and some went to projects depending on their lucks. But in midst of all this great team of new management team helped this hapless company to be sold into one another great conglomerate. Hope now things would settle down, yes there are challenges, but yes we have to face it.
Yes, this happened because elections were round the corner.
The second issue was… going by the political leaders’ words….left does not want congress government , congress doesn’t want third front government, BGP + NDA does not want neither the congress or third front government, JDS does not want neither the BJP or congress government, but why…is it because of ideological reasons…..fuck no….its for power… a 80 year former prime minister who is from Karnataka wants to be become PM with his meager 3 or max 10 MPs. Bullshit he does not want to become PM because he can do good deeds , but because he wants to die as a PM in Power… Another gentle man from Gujarat who killed or helped kill ( as this case is with court, I would write what general public is believing) many fellow Muslims wants to become PM because he wants to build ram temple in ayodhya and Krishna temple in Matura…. Do we need the temples now or school….hope he would decide on it soon….public would respond soon…there is one another person from Gujarat, a former deputy prime minister…he wants to become PM because he dreamt to become PM…. A poor dalit lady worth 20000crore wants to become PM because she wants to see a lady and a dalit become PM…this is kind of leaders we have…..but do we need such people, its for us to decide….
Why they are not bothered about real issues. There are many real issues and I would try to list not in any priority list but in general terms…they can take them and give it to specialists and get the priorities corrected….

These are some of the things which we as citizens think are to be taken care by any government. We as citizens expect answers from the politicians to spell their stands on so-called controversial topics like the women’s bill, article 377, gay rights, river rivalries among states etc. Instead of trying to stop someone from coming to power, let these politicians speak of why they want to stop them for wanting of some developmental work to be done etc….hope all of us would vote and elect a responsible government this time. May 17th is the day we know who will form the government and we shall wait till then. till then GOOD BYE
