some things which men need to eat to build their health

saw this in Yahoo india site and just scribbling it out here

GREEN TEA

GARLIC

TOMATO

BROCCOLI

NUTS

BRAZIL NUTS

EGGs including YOLK

BLUE BERRIES

POMOGRANITE

SALMON FISH

In the above list, as indians we will get majority of them and we can use them and we need not unnecesarily worry about the things which we might not get here...but we need to find the alternateive.

I am again back on the goal of slimming down and hence would be joining the GYM shortly...

Some thing i want to say to myself

As usual things are not working out as i wanted it to be. I am still struggling to understand how i want to correct it.

I believe i am on the right track and i wish i succeed in this.

Environment there is not what i wish it to be. My immediate collegue and few other friends are the only saving grace and i feel that i am not learning more. I wish i get more opportunities to try and move on and i am searching for it..i am waiting for it.
