Company X often takes freshers and label them as ELTPs - Entry Level Traniee Profesionals.
I had joined satyam as an ELTP and now successfully completed 3 years 3 months in Company X. In this journey i met many freshers and worked with many.
I would share with you guys some of the funny moments which i had faced with them.
The recent one is with one Santosh.
I was testing one module with him. Mine is Mainframe and his is a Web technology and data has to go through his system thru FTP.
I tested my module and i could see data reaching his server. He said he is not getting data. and he is asking why his application is not taking data. Now tell me, how can i help him in this.
the other one was webmethods testing. Same thing with Seema, venkatesh etc etc

I landed on ur post after giving "ELTP" as the search string in Google Blog Search. I am also an ELTP and now on a Java project in Pune.
ReplyDeleteHowever my ELTP training was in MainFrame and initially it was a bit tough working in Java. But Java being a subject in my MCA really helped.
